今日は平日？休日？ Weekday? Weekend ? (English Follows)

賑わった昨日の祝日と週末に挟まれた今日の金曜日は…。

予想はそれなりにしていたものの、何だかめちゃめちゃ賑わいました！

朝一はそうでもなかったのですが、時間が経つにつれて場内は大賑わい。ご来場いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました～！！

It wasn't as busy as the public holiday yesterday. But we had a fair amount of families visitng our ski resort.

すっごく暖かかったなーとは感じませんでしたが、雪は徐々にしっとり度を増していきました。ゴンドラ山頂駅以上はしっとり雪。パウダー感はありませんが、ベタベタ感もなく、程よいしっとり感。

Today's snow gradually became more and more moist.  Not powdery, but not sticky either, but just the right amount of moisture to keep the snow holding for us to enjoy a slide.

R1下部まで降りてくると、ザクザクな感じの雪になりました。

春の感じがする、気持ちの良い柔らかいザク雪。こちらも滑りやすかったですね！！
Route 1 was slushy at the bottom and it is starting to feel like spring.

ハーフパイプ横のポールバーンはスノーボードスクールによるポールが張られていました。

明日から始まる、今シーズンの『Hakuba47 Snow Challange』の準備ですね。

スノーボードスクール主催の、スラローム、クロス、テクニカルなど色々な種目のシリーズ草大会です。　今シーズンのスタートはスラロームから。土曜日はキャンプで日曜日が草大会となっていますよー！！

The race poles and flags were set up next to the halfpipe by the snowboard school.

This is in preparation for this season's "Hakuba47 Snow Challange" which starts tomorrow. The series is organized by the snowboard school and the competitions are various including slalom, cross, technical, and other disciplines.　
We will start the season with slalom. Saturday is camp and Sunday is grass competition!

Line E's Big Buddha is being built but, the staff say, "It is more difficult to repair and maintain the statue on a daily basis than to shape it at the time of creation.　
We are working hard to maintain the snow sculpture by putting a ladder on it every day!

Please come to Line E this weekend to see the Great Buddha again!
