47Cupと試乗会

 

今日、Hakuba47は朝から賑わっていました。それもそのはず、23年目を迎える大会「ヨンナナカップ」と来シーズンのニューモデル試乗会が同時開催されていたんです。

It was a busy morning at Hakuba 47 today.  That's because the 23rd annual 47 Cup was being held at the same time as a new model test-riding event for next season.

スノーボードの試乗会には26ブランドが出展。ヨンナナカップの選手だけでなく一般来場者の皆様どなたでも試乗できます。明日も引き続き開催されるので、是非お越しください。お気に入りのボードが見つかるといいですね♪

Twenty-six snowboard brands were on display at the snowboard test-riding event. The event is open to everyone, not only 47 Cup riders, but also to the general public.  The event will continue tomorrow, so please come and join us.  We hope you can find your favorite snowboard♪

2000台収納可能な駐車場も、ご覧の通り、営業開始直後から満車！ベースエリアはたくさんの車と人、場内に流れる音楽とヨンナナカップの実況放送で本当に賑やかでした。

As you can see, the parking lot, which can hold 2,000 cars, was full right from the start of business!  The base area was really busy with lots of cars and people, music playing in the place, and the live broadcast of the 47 Cup.

スキー場上部は？というと、こんな感じ。静かな、穏やかな時間が流れていました。ベースは曇っていたのですが、上部には青空が広がっていました。

What about the upper part of the ski resort?  It looked like this - quiet and peaceful.  It was cloudy at the bottom of the mountain, but there was a blue sky at the top.

そして、おまけにもう一枚。ゴンドラとペアリフトLine-Aの山頂駅を見下ろした写真。縮尺模型のように見えますが、実寸大です。最後にリマインド…ヨンナナカップと試乗会は明日も開催されます。お楽しみに☆

Hakuba47スノーボード試乗会！

今日もいいお天気～♪　春らしいスキー日和。

標高1430ｍのLINE-Eリフト乗り場の写真です、まだまだ雪はたっぷり、かるく2ｍ超え～

大雪だった今シーズンですが、最近の暖かさで山麓は例年通りの積雪量に戻ってしまいました。桜も10日以上早いっていうから、仕方ないですね。

でも、これだけあれば十分でしょ。

Hakuba47はまだまだおわりませんよ＾＾

そうだ、先に明日から開催される、試乗会のご案内をしておきましょう！

毎年恒例の（昨年は開催できませんでした）大試乗会は明日からですよ！

ボードはもちろん、ゴーグルなども合わせ、なんと26ブランドが出店。 

4/3(土)　・　4/4(日)　　開催時間 ： 9:00～15:00

コロナ禍で、今シーズンはなかなか試乗会も開催できませんでした。

It's warm.  It's a good day for spring skiing.  This is a photo of the LINE-E lift station at an altitude of 1430m.  There is still plenty of snow, over 2m at most.  We had a lot of snow this season, but with the recent warm weather, the snowfall at the bottom of the mountain has returned to normal.  The cherry blossoms are said to be in full bloom more than 10 days earlier than usual, so it can't be helped.  The snow on our slopes should be enough!  We won't close so soon.

Before I go any further, I'd like to give you a heads up about our test riding event that starts tomorrow!

The annual (we couldn't make it last year) big test riding event starts tomorrow!

There will be a total of 26 brands of snowboards, goggles, and more.

Saturday, April 3rd and Sunday, April 4th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Due to the COVID-19, we couldn't hold test riding events often this season.  Be the first to check out the new models for the next season!  We hope you can join us!  We also have 47 Cup competition this weekend.  The availability of the lower part of Route 1 will be restricted due to the competition.

さて、ブログに戻りましょう！やっぱり天気が良い日は、みなさん山頂に登りたいですよね。流石にもう雪は春雪ですが、山麓よりもいい雪の時間が長い！例えば、山麓付近が10時過ぎにザブザブの雪に変わっても、ここはその時間より、30分…いや、もしかしたら1時間くらい冷えた状態が続くかもしれない。

寒い日はもうそんなにないけれど、ここなら夕方まで良い雪！ってことも有りますよ。

When the weather is nice, everyone wants to climb to the top of the mountain.  The snow is already corn snow of the spring, but the good snow lasts longer at the top than at the bottom of the mountain!  For example, even if the snow around the bottom of the mountain turns into wet snow after 10:00 am, it will stay cold at the top for half an hour longer...or maybe even an hour longer.

Cold days won't last for so long anymore, but there could be good snow left till late at the top of the mountain.

でも、雪が柔らかい方がいい人たちもいる。R-3には最近コブ好きが増えてきました。雪が柔らかいと怪我のリスクも低くなります。ってことは攻められる。練習になる。でも、いつ見ても疲れそうだな～。良くあんなスピードで下りれるな～って、感心してします。

コブ好きのみなさん、R-3いいコブ揃ってますよ。

Some people prefer softer snow.  The number of bumps lovers has increased on Route 3 lately.  The softer the snow, the lower the risk of injury.  That means it's good for practice skiing.  The bumps look so tiring always, and I'm amazed at people skiing down so quickly.

Those who love the bumps, there are good ones on Route 3.

パトロールもふきのとう採りです。ゲレンデのわきに沢山出始めましたよー。

こんばんは、ふきのとうの天ぷらかな？それともふき味噌かな？（笑）

The patrol is picking butterbur.  More and more butterbur are starting to appear along the slopes.  Is the patrol eating Tempura of butterbur or butterbur miso?

パウダー祭り！？

本日のブログ担当、久しぶりの大雪にテンションMAXのN婆で～～す。

朝から50㎝を超える積雪で、ゲレンデ中どこもかしこもパウダー祭り。

膝まで埋まるほどの大雪でうっひょ～～と叫びながら滑っちゃいました。

We had more than 50cm of fresh snow piled up, and our slopes were covered with power snow today!  The snow was so much that it buried me up to my knees, and I shouted, "Whoo-hoo!" while I was skiing.

降りはなかなかおさまらず、お昼近くになってもこの降り方。LineC降り場付近は完全に雪に覆われて前も見えないほど。昨日はあんなに暖かかったのに、真冬に逆戻り。

寒いのは嫌だけど、やっぱり雪はいいものです。冷えて良く締まったゲレンデはいつだって最高だ～～～～

The snow did not stop falling until almost noon, and the area around the Line C was completely covered with snow.  The snow was so much that I couldn't even see what was in front of me.  It was so warm yesterday, but now it's back to the middle of winter.

I don't like the cold, but I do like the snow.  Cold, hard slopes are always the best.

コース脇の木々も真っ白に染まり、昨日までの黄砂も消えて真っ白ゲレンデ。

The trees on the side of the course have turned white, and the yellow sand from yesterday has disappeared, leaving us with completely white slopes.

 と言うわけで、今日は朝から凄ーくいいお天気の4月1日エイプリルフールでした。

So...  The weather was really nice today.  It was the April Fool's Day!

今日も暑い！

今日も暑いです。暑すぎます。雪が融けます。融けまくります。

と言う事で、今日のブログはどこまで雪が残っているか？と言う事をお届けします。

雪の状況で来るか来ないか迷ってるあなた！しっかり見て下さい。

ちなみに雪質は言わずもがな、ダイエットに最適な重い春雪です。

It's hot.  It's too hot.  Snow is melting.  So much snow is melting.

So, let me tell you how much snow has left so far.

If you are deciding whether or not you should come to Hakuba 47 depending on the snow conditions, please look at the photos carefully!

By the way, I don't have to tell you that the spring snow is heavy, but it's perfect for losing your weight and getting in shape.  

ルート1最下部。

まだ雪は十分残っています。今年は下部の雪が融けるのが早くて各スキー場大変でしょうが、日陰暮らしのHakuba47！今の所、安泰。

The lower part of Route 1.

There's still enough snow left.  Snow at the bottom of the mountains melted quickly this year, so most ski resorts are having a hard time, but Hakuba47 that is located in the shade is doing fine for now. 

ルート2。

全く問題なし。

Route 2.

No problem at all.

ルート3。

今の所、石・ブッシュの出ている場所はありません。

コブ深め。

Route 3.

At this moment, there is no spots with stones and bushes coming out.

Bumps are deep.

ルート6。

壁などは雪をはいでコースに出したので、若干地面が出ていますが、コースは安心・安全。

Route 6.

Some snow has been removed from the slopes to build a wall and pipe, so the ground is exposed a little, but courses are safe.

ルート７上部。

下山コースにつながる、重要ポイント。

まだまだ大丈夫。ですが、最下部のルート7は近いうちに切れる可能性有。

初心者・初級者はゴンドラ下山をおススメします。

This is an important point which leads to the descending course.

There are still enough snow, but there is a possibility of the lower part of the Route 7 closing before long.

For beginners, we recommend you to take a gondola down to the bottom.

黄砂に負けず

ゲレンデでデュアルスノーボードをするミニオンを発見！ゲレンデ祭（コスチューム大会）は2週間前に終わったけれど…？ミニオンがスノーボードするなんて知らなかった。すごい能力を持っているんだな～。

Up on the mountain, I saw Minion with his dual snowboards on!  Our costume contest was over 2 weeks ago, though?  I didn't know he snowboards.  He has such a remarkable ability.

今日のお天気は、曇りに見えるけど、晴れだったはず。実はこれ、大量の黄砂が飛散して、空気がよどみ、遠くの景色が霞んで見えていたんです。

It looked cloudy, but the weather was supposed to be sunny today.  In fact, the air was stagnant and the distant scenery looked hazy due to the large amount of yellow sand flying around.

黄砂に負けず、小さな子供達がスキーの練習をしていました。ゲレンデ上部の雪も、黄砂に負けず、なんとか白さを保っていました。

Despite the yellow sand, small children were practicing their skiing.  Also, the snow on the upper slopes managed to keep its whiteness, despite the yellow sand.

学生や大人の方々も、黄砂に負けず、滑走を楽しまれていました。マスクはしていたけど、喉が痛くなったり、眼が痒くなったりしたのは、私だけでしょうか。帰宅後は、みなさん、洗眼とうがいをお忘れなく。

Students and adults alike were enjoying their runs, despite the yellow sand.  I wore a mask, but my throat and eyes were itchy.  Everyone, don't forget to wash your eyes and gargle when you get home.

朝一から暖かったですが、午後になるとウエアを着てられないくらいのアツさに！

スキー場内ではTシャツのお客さまを沢山見かけました！

Tシャツでなくとも、フリースやパーカーのお客様が多かったですね～。

春の風物詩ですが、スキー場的にはあと一か月。もう少し雪を温存したいところです…。

It had been warm since early morning, but in the afternoon, it became too hot to wear ski/snowboard clothing!  We saw a lot of visitors in T-shirts on the ski slopes!  If not T-shirts, many visitors were in fleece or hoodies!  Looks like spring is here, but we, as a ski resort, would like the spring to come a month later.  We would like to the snow to stay longer...

ルート3のコブは！

ご覧の通り、結構な大きさに育ってきてますね！

今はコース全面しっかりこのコブで埋め尽くされています。

47名物の急斜のコブ。あなたのお越しをお待ちしてまーす！！

Bumps on Route 3!  As you can see, the bumps are getting bigger and bigger!  There are bumps here and there on the Route 3 now.  These bumps are waiting for you to try them!!

そんなコブの急斜面を上から颯爽と降りてくる2人！

パトロール隊員の2名でした！

お客さまを救出に行くのに、それもアキヤボートを引いて降りてきました。

今日はトレーニング中でしたが、どんな斜面でも安全に滑らなきゃいけないパトロール隊員の滑走技術には頭が下がりますね～。

こんなパトロール隊員が常駐してますので安心して47をお楽しみください！！

I saw two people skiing down the steep slope with bumps!  They're 47 patrollers and in the middle of a rescue training.  They are required to ski safely no matter how steep or bumpy the slopes are.  That's why I admire and respect them so much.  With such reliable patrol, please feel safe and enjoy skiing at Hakuba 47!!

お天気よくポカポカ陽気なので人目につくところまで出てきたのかな～？！

のんびりお散歩の真っ最中でした！

Looking down from the gondola, I found a Japanese serow!  I guess the serow came out because it was warm and a good day for walking.  I wonder if the serow found something to eat.  Please look around when you are on the gondola or chairlift, and you may find serows!

出会いと別れの季節

3月最後の日曜日は雨でした…
営業部長R氏によると（40代半ば）
土砂降りの中で滑るのもテンションあがるそうです。
The last Sunday of March was rainy.
According to our supervisor who is in mid-40s, skiing in a downpour is also exciting.

ゴンドラ山頂では今日も引き続き試乗会が行われてました。
ヨンナナカップが行われる4/3（土）4/4（日）には大スノーボード試乗会が行われます。
是非是非ニューモデルを体験しにきてください。

They closed for this season today.  All big fans of LUIS and those who haven't tried their pizzas, please come again next season.
