ガースー白光り

今日は暖かく、昼前までは小雨が降っていました。ゲレンデ上部はガスが濃く真～っ白。雪が緩んで、なんと言うんだろう、ジャクジャクでした。

It was drizzling in the morning, but the temperature was not so low today.  Upper sides of the slopes were in the mist, and the visibility was low.  How should I put it?  Snow was a little sludgy.

Line-C降り場でもLine-E降り場でも、「ここはいずこ？」と頭の上にハテナがポポポと浮かべている人や、「いやいやいや、これは（笑）」と言いながらリフトを降り、滑り出してからも「いやいやいや、こーれーは…（笑）」と言いながら降りていく人など、視界は本当に真っ白でした。

お隣五竜さんはどうかな。行ってみました。

同じような状況で、板がよく走るので、転けて一眼レフカメラを壊さないよう慎重に慎重に進みます。

At the lift stations, people looked puzzled.  "Where is this?"  They got off the lifts saying, "Oh, gosh..."  Visibility was so low that it made people confused.  How about Goryu ski resort?  I went to Goryu to check the condition.  Their slopes were just like ours.  It was easy to speed up on a snowboard, so I snowboarded carefully not to break the camera I had.

もしコースを間違えて五竜さんへ行ってしまっても大丈夫。リフト券は47と五竜さんの共通券なので大丈夫です。

チケットカウンターにはコースマップがあります。使われている紙は耐水なので、雨で濡れても大丈夫。汗で濡れても大丈夫。

It is no problem even if you take a wrong way and get to Goryu because all passes, with the exception of single rides or Gondola only tickets, include Hakuba 47 and Hakuba Goryu.  There are course maps at the ticket counter, and the maps are water-resistant, so it is no problem to get wet.

良い日曜日になりそうです

Thank you for waiting.  Today was the day for the popular event!  A lucky girl won 5,000 yen!  What a nice photo!!  She visited Hakuba 47 with her colleagues.  I could see they were close.  "Fantastic!"  "Aren't we using up all of our luck?"  They were all excited.  Don't worry!  You will bring luck to your doorstep again.  Tomorrow, the weather will be fine.  Hope it will be a wonderful day!

白馬の雪跡

黄砂に吹かれて～たたずむ～ま～ち～は～（工藤静香♪）

そこは人口9,000人の小さな小さな白馬村。でもそんな小さな村は、さのさかスキー場、五竜、いいもり、47、八方、いわたけとスキー場がひしめき合う、日本有数のスキーエリア。それがこの白馬村なのだ！季節は3月、時折黄砂もやってくる時期となったが、まだまだ白馬の冬は終わらない。

このスキー場の半数がゴールデンウィークまで滑走可能なのだ！

そしてここHakuba47は、ゴールデンウィークまで山麓まで滑走可能なスキー場だ！

Hakuba Village is a tiny little village with a population of 9,000.  However, this small village is one of the most famous ski areas in Japan, with ski resorts such as Sanosaka, Goryu, Iimori, 47, Happo, and Iwatake.  That is what the Hakuba village is all about!  In March, the yellow sand sometimes blows, but winter is not over yet in Hakuba.  Half of these ski resorts are open until Golden Week!  And here at Hakuba47, you can ski down to the bottom of the mountain until Golden Week!

山頂付近はまだまだ真っ白な雪が皆さんを待っている。

後ろに見える五竜岳（武田菱）をはじめ北アルプスにはたくさんの雪形が現れ、これから一番きれいに観れる時期となる。代掻き馬（しろかき）仔馬、白馬を代表する馬型の雪跡やニワトリや種まきじーさんなどいろんな雪跡を楽しむことができる。そもそも、そんな風に見えるからつけられた名前なので、発見して呼び続けたら、10年後その名前が世に広がってるかもしれない！

There was still a lot of white snow around the summit waiting for your visit.  This is the best time of year when you can see beautiful shapes of lingering snow on the mountainside in the Northern Alps, including Goryu-dake (Takeda-hishi) in the background.  You can enjoy a variety of shapes such as a pony, white horse which symbolizes Hakuba, chicken, and old man sowing seeds.  Names were given to each shape as it looked in the first place, so if we keep discovering new shapes and calling their names, they may be famous 10 years from now!    

そんな武田菱の前には（LINE-Eリフト乗り場）には、アンパンマンバスがありますよ、記念写真に是非使ってください。きっといい写真になるでしょう！

今日はちょっとお天気下り気味でしたが、週末はなんとか持ちこたえそう。日曜日は晴れマークですよ！さー、春スキーはスキー王国白馬へお越しください！

小さな雪国白馬で北アルプスの雪跡も皆さんをお待ちしております。。。

There is an Anpanman bus in front of the Takeda Ryobi (to be exact, at LINE-E lift station).  Please do take some photos.  The Anpanman bus will definitely make your souvenir photos great!  The weather went downhill a little today, but it looks like it will hold out for the weekend.  It is supposed to be sunny on Sunday!  So, for spring skiing, come to the ski kingdom, Hakuba!  The shapes of lingering snow of the Northern Alps are also waiting for you in this small snow country of Hakuba.

今日は朝から天気が良く、若者がたくさん来ていました！

やっぱり、スキー場はある程度お客さんがいないと盛り上がらない！

午後にはしっかり滑れるようになったのでしょうか？

何はともあれ、若者はウェアが華やかでいいものですね！

昨日も紹介したクロスコース！

スタート台もしっかりあります。

来週にはクロスの大会もあるので、ここでスタート練習もいいのじゃないでしょうか？

It is hard for a course which anyone can enter, but that is what life is.

ミニクロスコース誕生

本日のブログ当番、せっかちすぎて車のドアに自らの足を挟んでしまったN婆です。

お待たせいたしました！！R4「47PARKS」横のフリーダムコースに、ミニクロスコースが出来上がりました。ミニと言っても結構楽しめますよ。ウェーブ好きの方、是非トライしてみてくださいネ。

行ってみたいのだけど、なかなか入口が見つかりにくいこのコース。ゴンドラを降りたら、右手にお進みください。ゴンドラの建屋すぐ脇が入口ですよ。

Thank you for your patience!  Mini cross course is now available at 47PARKS on Route 4.  It's not so large in scale, but it's fun enough.  Try it if you like waves.  It's hard to find the gate, so please proceed to the right hand side when you get off the gondola.  There's the gate right next to the gondola station.

広く静かなゲレンデ。ってこれはオープン前ではありません。れっきとした営業中のゲレンデの様子です。平日はこんなにガラガラなんです。こんな時期なのでしょうがないとは思いますが、皆さまよんななを助けてください。

　今日は3月3日ひな祭りです。今日のお弁当はひな祭りメニューでした。

従業員用のお弁当とは思えない豪華さです。従業員食堂のお姉さま方、感謝・感謝です。

美味しかったよ。

Today, March 3rd, is Hina-matsuri (Girls' festival day in Japan), so the lunch box we had was a special one.  What a gorgeous lunch box it is!!  Thank you to all the kitchen staff for making the lunch box.  We really appreciate it.  It was delicious!
 

雨から雪へ！！ GOODですよ！

午前中から雨が降り出し、お昼過ぎまではベースエリアでは雨が降っていましたが、午後からはベースでも雪に変わりました！！　

写真はLineC降り場の1450。しっかりと雪になりましたよー。

雪はちょっと氷っぽい雪でしたが積もり始めた雪は柔らかい下地の上に気温も冷えてきて氷っぽい雪なので滑走面は『シャリ』っとした感じ！

板が走って中々のGOODコンディションでした！！

It had been raining all morning, but it started snowing in the afternoon.  At around Line-C chairlift station, what we call 1450, there was enough snowfall.  Because of the cool temperature, the slopes were icy, but underneath was soft snow.  Good conditions for skiing/snowboarding!! 

先日できた、フリーダムコースの『クロスコース』！

しっかりとスタートゲートも設置され、ミニとは言え本格的なコースが常設されています。

初心者の方も楽しいですよね。皆さん起伏のあるコースを楽しんでいましたが、今日の雪ならこけてもいたくないしこちらもGOOD。

This is the "Cross Course" within the Freedom Course.  There is a gate for the starting point, and the course is authentic though it is small.  It's good for beginners, too.  People were enjoying the undulating course.  As the snow was soft, there was no need to worry about getting hurt by falling down.

踵の浮くテレマークスキーをされている方を見かけました。

比較的春のザラザラした雪になるとテレマークスキーをされる方をよく見かけますが、今の雪ももう春のような雪ですね。テレマークスキーをするのに最適な雪でした。

新雪が溶けて湿雪になると逆にストップ雪になって滑りにくいのですが、今日の雪はテレマークスキーにもGOODでした！

I saw a skier enjoying free heel telemark skiing.  There will be more people who enjoy telemark skiing in spring when corn snow is seen on the slopes, but the snow we have now is already like the corn snow in spring.  Normally, fresh snow becomes wet, it is not suitable for skiing, but the snow we had today was perfect for telemark skiing!

朝のパトロールからのコースコンディションリポートに、R3は『未圧雪』と表示されているパターンが多いのですが、今日の表示は『コブ』になっていました。

そろそろ出来始める時期ですかね。　でもまだ3月入ったばっかりなんだけどなー。

もう少し新雪が欲しいなーと思うところですが、このコブはこのコブでGOODですね！

In the course condition report from our patrol in the morning, Route 3 is usually marked as "ungroomed", but today it was marked as "bumpy".  Bumps might be naturally formed soon.  It's just the beginning of March yet, though.  We feel like we would like much more fresh snow, but the bumps are also good!

47で楽しむ滑走と食事と笑顔

3月初日、今日も一日、良いお天気でした。

午前中、めいっぱい滑ったらお腹が空いたのかな？お昼過ぎ、レストランには少しずつお客様が入って来ました。

March started with such beautiful weather.

I guess people were hungry after skiing or snowboarding all morning.  A little after 12:00 p.m., restaurants were getting crowded little by little.

こちらは、ゴンドラ駅の目の前にあるBeer Barさん。

お店の前に立っているおじ様は人気者で、一緒に写真を撮るお客様を時々見かけます。おじ様に導かれるようにお店に入ると、そこにはフレンドリーな店員さんと豊富なメニューが。店長のおすすめ『ピリ辛唐揚げ丼』を注文してみました。

This is "Beer Bar" located right in front of the gondola base station.

The man standing in front of the Beer Bar is so popular that people stop by to take some photos with him.  I went into the restaurant as the man led me, and there I found friendly staff and a variety of food on the menu.  I ordered "Spicy Fried Chicken bowl," which is a manager's recommendation.

『ピリ辛』という名前ですが、それほど辛くはなく、ちょうど良い辛さでした！店長のおすすめだけあって、とても美味しかったです。そして、ボリューム満点だったので、大盛がお好みの方には本当におすすめです。

The name of the bowl says "Spicy," but it is not too spicy.  It was just right!  As the manager recommended, I would also recommend it, especially to those who prefer big portions.  It is really yummy!!

Beer Bar でお食事中のお客様もまた、笑顔いっぱい、温かい方々でした。Hakuba47のゲレンデとおいしいお料理が、みんなを笑顔にするのかな？そうだといいな。47の常連さんも、2回目だよとおっしゃっていたお客様も、リピートしてくださりありがとうございます！

Not only the staff, but also the customers were smiley and heart-warming.  Hope our slopes and delicious food make everyone smile.  Thank you to all our guests for visiting us again and again.

コロナ禍の影響もあって、今シーズンは海外からのお客様が少ないですが、それでも47では毎日のように海外からのお客様がスキーやスノーボードを楽しむ様子が見られます。午前中に滑ってきたというこちらのお客様も、「47、楽しかった！カレーもおいしい！」と大満足のご様子でした。またお越しくださいね。

Due to the influence of COVID-19, the number of international visitors has been decreasing this season, but we still see international visitors enjoying skiing and snowboarding at 47 almost every day.  The visitors, who skied in the morning, said, "47 was fun!  The curry is delicious, too!"  They looked satisfied with their time at Hakuba47.  We hope to see you again.

Terrace seating was available at the pizza house "LUIS" today.  Delicious pizzas and beers under the blue sky?  I love it!!  "Cheers♪"
