今日の感想は「暑い！」

 

【キリンさんのスキー記録】

今回はいいもりゲレンデのミルキーフォーリフト沿いでの練習です。Kさん初リフト。「まさか自分が滑る目的でリフトに乗ることになるなんて思ってもみなかった」と呟くKさん。リフト乗車中には色々とお話が出来ます。良い時間。

初めはやっぱり怖い。転んでは起きて転んでは起きて、息もハァハァです。ですが・・・？数分前までキャーキャー言って止まれずにいたのに、滑って止まってを繰り返しています。更にしばらくすると連続ターンが出来るようになっています。すごい！こうやって出来ることが増えていく姿を見ると嬉しいし、嬉しそうな顔を見るとやっぱり嬉しいし、なにより前回楽しさゼロ不安10だと言っていた人とは思えないです！最後には「もう1本！」と積極的です。これは…これからが楽しみですね！来週も天気が良いといいなぁ。

This time my colleague, Ms. K and I practiced skiing along the Milky Four lift in Iimori resort.  It was the first time for Ms. K to take the chairlift with her ski on.  "I never thought I'd be riding a lift for the purpose of skiing," Ms. K said.  During the lift ride, we can talk about many things.  It's such a good time.

Starting something new, we feel scared at first.  However many times she fell, she got up and kept going.  She was out of breath.  She couldn't even stop once she skied, and she was screaming, but when I saw her, she was able to ski down, stop, and make turns.  It makes me happy to see her improvement, and it also makes me happy to see her happy face.  Above all, it's hard to believe she was the one who said it's not fun to ski at all!  At the end, she said she would try one more time.  She was enthusiastic.  I'm looking forward to her improvement!  Hope the weather will be nice when we practice next week!

そして、やってきてしまいました。1月から始まったこのイベント【現金5,000円争奪！大くじ引き大会】今日が最後です。

ラストラッキーさんはこちらの親子！「パパよかったねぇ！今日のご飯代だねー！」とニコニコです。何食べるんだろう？(*‘ω‘ *)

現金5,000円でその場でもらえる！というアツいイベントは今日で終わりですが、スキー場はまだまだ終わらないです！減ってきましたが雪もまだまだあります！下まで滑ってこれます！納めと言わず、また来てください！

And here we are, the last day of the event that started in January, "Draw to win 5,000 yen!"  The last lucky winner was the family in the photo.  "How lucky!  We can spend the money on our dinner tonight!"  said the girl.  I wonder what they're going to eat.  The hot event was over, but the ski season is not over yet!  We have less snow than the last few months, but we still do have enough snow!  You can ski down to the bottom at Hakuba 47, so please come again!

そしてそしてピザ屋さんルイスは明日で営業終了です。

毎年あるあるですが、営業終了と知らずピザを買いに来たお客様へ「終わっちゃったんです」とお伝えするとみなさんものすごくショックな顔をされるんです。そうですよね、、しかも口がピザの口になっているのを他のもので慰めることはなかなか難しい。。。悲しいですが明日でルイスは終わりでございます！お気をつけをば。

明日のお昼はピザで決まりですね！と書いたあと昨日のブログを見ると同じセリフを言っていました（笑）

LUIS pizza house will close for this season tomorrow.  Every year after they close, there are people who look disappointed and shocked.  When you want pizza, it's hard to make up for it with something else.  It's sad to hear they will close for this winter tomorrow.  Don't miss their pizzas tomorrow!!

It may rain tomorrow according to the weather report.  Tomorrow is another day.

3月も終わりかぁ

最近、お客様が増えてきた気がする。南の方はスキー場もクローズして、白馬のスキー場もこの週末で営業を終了するスキー場もチラホラ…

季節はそんな時期なんですねー。だからまだまだ滑りたいお客様が、足を延ばし白馬までやってきてくれる。

R-3でお客様を待っていると、「ブログの写真ですか？」と、声をかけてきてくれたこの3人。なんと、広島から来てくれているそうです。今日から3泊でスキーを楽しむそうです。

遠方からありがとうございます。怪我なさらない様に春スキー楽しんでいってくださいね！

Looks like there are more and more skiers and snowboarders coming to Hakuba47 recently.  Ski resorts in the southern region and a few resorts in Hakuba are closing this weekend.  The end of the season is getting closer.  That's why earnest skiers and snowboarders come to Hakuba.  The three skiers in the photo talked to me when I was waiting for subjects to take.  They're from Hiroshima and going to stay in Hakuba for two nights, three days.  Thanks for coming all the way out here.  Be careful not to get injured and enjoy spring skiing!

そしてこっちの子どもたちは、愛知県知多市から40名ほどで3日間滞在。

コロナ禍で、行きたくても行けない…企画はすれどキャンセル、キャンセルと何度もトライして、今回ようやく来ることが出来ました。このシーズン、団体でのスキー旅行はすべてキャンセル。毎年お越しいただいているたくさんの団体のお客様にはお会いできない、悲しいシーズンでした。でも、こうやって少しづつでもまたお会いできる事に感謝です。

These children in the photo are from Chita city, Aichi.  They're a group of forty kids and going to stay for three days.  They planned and cancelled their ski trip again and again due to the COVID-19, and they finally made it to visit Hakuba.  All tours were cancelled this season.  It was a hard season as we did not get to see the visitors who come to Hakuba 47 every year, but we really appreciate the chances to see our visitors again.

先日、ハーフパイプが雨と雪解けにより一気に崩れ、土が出ちゃいました。

昨日、1日お時間もらって修復！今日は朝からみんな、待っていました！と、ハーフパイプを楽しんでいました。この写真～、たぶん…従業員のさ〇りちゃんかな～？

最近、パイプが楽しくて楽しくて仕方ないようです。

今日、リメイクしたパイプ、楽しめてよかったね！

Soil on the ground came out the other day since the snow of the half-pipe had melted because of the rain.  Yesterday, the half-pipe was recovered.  Everyone has enjoyed the half-pipe since early morning today.  Is the girl one of our staff?  She's so excited to try the half-pipe lately.  Good for you!

さて、くどいようですが、47はまだまだ駐車場までしっかり滑れます。

This is a reminder.  At Hakuba 47, you can still ski down to the bottom.  Entirely open!  Enjoy spring skiing!  20/21 season hasn't ended yet!  Open until the Golden Week!  47 is where you should come!  Oh!!  Last but not least, LUIS pizza house will close down business for this season on the 28th of March.  Have some pizzas for lunch!  Come visit Hakuba 47 safely!  Looking forward to your visit! 

疲労困憊

本日のブログ当番、自分で開けたドアに頭を強打してしまったN婆で～す。

今日は朝からどんより雲が多く、北アルプスは雲の中。でも東の山々は綺麗に見えておりました。空が高いので今日は雨降らないかな～と思っていたら、お昼過ぎにはパラパラ小雨が降ってきてしまいました。この時期の雨は嫌ですね～～

大事な雪が融けちゃいますからね。春は嬉しいけれど、もう少し寒い日が続いてほしいものであります。

It's been cloudy since this morning, and the Northern Alps were in the clouds, but the mountains in the east were seen clearly.  I thought it wouldn't rain today, but it started drizzling in the afternoon.  We don't want any rain at this time of year because the snow gets melted.  We feel happy when spring comes, but we wish it would stay cold a little longer.

フリーダムコースにあるミニクロスコース。

よういどん！！の掛け声でちびっこスキーヤーがスタート。春のザラメ雪なのでそんなにスピードが出にくく、ちびっこでも滑りやすいコースとなっております。

春休みになってちびっこ達の姿が多くなりました。子供たちと一緒に滑れる時期はあっという間に過ぎちゃいます。お父さんお母さん、今のうちにいっぱい一緒に滑ってあげてくださいネ。そのうち子供についていけなくなって、送迎だけでいいよって言われてしまいますからね～～～

This is a mini cross course on the Freedom course.  "On your mark, get set, go!"  Then, little skiers started off.  As the course was covered with corn snow, it made the course easy for the little ones to ski.  Spring break has started, so there have been many kids visiting Hakuba 47.  The time when you can ski with your children will pass in a flash.  Moms and Dads, please take some time to ski with your children while you can.  Someday, you will find that you can't keep up with the kids' physical strength and skills anymore.

昨日ほどではないけれど、きょうも気温は高め。薄着のお客様が目立ちます。

雪や雨が降っていない日は、ホント薄めの上着で十分です。そう思いながら、いや、もしかすると山頂は寒いかも？？？とウインドブレーカーの下にフリースを着こんで出かけたN婆は結局汗だくで帰って来たのでありました。

明日の予報は晴れのち雨。カッパの用意をして早めにお出かけくださいネ。

朝一の気持ち良いうちに滑りましょう。

The temperature was still high today though it was not as high as yesterday. Many customers are wearing light clothing.  I thought it would be cold on the mountain, so I put on a jacket, but I sweat a lot!  Tomorrow's forecast is sunny but rain afterwards, so please bring a raincoat.  Let's ski in the morning while the weather is still nice.

ターンするたびにシャリンシャリン鳴く雪を楽しみながら、R1を真剣に滑ってきたのですが、春雪はなんせ重たい。すっかり足がくたびれて、疲労困憊のN婆。R1は疲れちゃうから、林間コースのR7で楽して降りるかな～と考えがよぎりましたが、先日K子が楽してR7で降りていたのを思い出し、若い者にはまだまだ負けん！！と、ベースまでちゃんとR1を滑り降りたのでありました。まだまだベースまでしっかり滑って降りられますよ～～

皆様最後までしっかり楽しく滑りましょう！！

Enjoying the snow crunching with every turn, I skied R1 seriously, but the spring snow was so heavy.  My legs were dull.  I thought I should ski down R7, but then I remembered that my colleague had skied down R7 easily the other day.  I stirred myself and skied down to the base on R1.  Enjoy ski down to the bottom, everyone!

暑すぎるんですけど・・・💦

今日は全国的に快晴！
そして、かなり気温が高くなるとの予報でしたが、見事に大当たり。
スキー場にはかなり厳しい小春日和となりました。
滑る人々も、ウェアなんか着てられるかっ💢と言う感じでほぼ脱ぎ捨てて軽装で滑るお客さん続出。
リフト券をウェアに入れたまま脱ぎ捨てると、リフトに乗れなくなります。気を付けましょう。

It was sunny all over Japan today!  The weather report was right.  It was very warm as it was forecasted.  There were people taking off their jacket and wearing short sleeves.  Don't forget to take your lift ticket out of your pocket, or you won't be able to ride chairlifts. 

標高1450ｍ、通称イチヨンゴーマルでも皆さん薄着です。
完全に春スキー！
例年より2週間ほど早い感じがします。何とか持てよ雪！！！

At the point of elevation 1450m, people were in light clothes.  Time for spring skiing!  It seems about 2 weeks earlier than the past.  Hope the snow stays longer!!

春になるとなぜか増えるスノーパークのお客様。

平日とは思えない、かなりの賑わいとなっています。

この調子で5月5日までスノーパークが維持できれば、少しでも取り戻せるのに・・・と、内部事情ですが、心から思っています。が、それにしても暑い・・・。

Hakuba47の懐は未だにシーズン真っ只中の極寒なのに・・・。

More skiers and snowboarders come to the snow park when the spring comes.  Though it is a weekday, there are a lot of people.  If the condition of the snow park remains, we can get things back to normal.  Humm...  It's really hot...  We feel mentally cold, though...

とは言うものの、ゲレンデ中腹のルート2でも全く滑走には問題ない豊富な積雪量。

まだまだイケイケです。

We do, however, have lots of snow on the mountain including Route 2.

アルプス平ゲレンデ。こちらもまだまだ余裕。

春スキーのメインバーンはこことＬｉｎｅ－Ｅ沿いになるのかな？

沢山雪が残る春スキーに期待！

Here's a photo of the Alps Daira area.  There's enough snow to enjoy as well.  I guess many people will head for the Alps Daira area and the slopes near Line-E chairlift during the spring.  Hope the snow stays even in the spring!

心配とは裏腹に

正午過ぎのRoute 3の様子。コブの凸凹がよく見えます。ボコボコで滑りにくそう…大丈夫かな？と思いましたが、皆さん、スイスイ滑り降りてこられました。

The above photo shows Route 3 in the afternoon.  See how bumpy it is.  Looks hard to ski down because of the bumps, but people skied down smoothly and safely.

47 PARKS入口からの眺め。遠くの山々までよく見えます。平日の今日は空いているかな？と思いましたが、春休みに入った子供や学生がけっこういました。

The above photo shows the landscape from 47 PARKS.  Look at the mountains in the distance.  I thought the resort was nearly empty since it was a weekday, but there were more kids and students than I expected.

ゴンドラ山頂駅を降りてすぐのゲレンデ。初心者向けレッスンをいきなりここから？と思いましたが、生徒さん、レッスンと絶景を楽しまれていました。

The above photo shows a slope near the gondola summit station.  Look at the beginners taking a lesson.  I thought it would be difficult to start snowboarding from here, but the students seemed to enjoy snowboarding as well as the great view.

暖かい一日で、雪はどうなってしまうのかな？と思っていましたが、山の上の方はまだまだ雪がありました。皆さん、Hakuba47に滑りにきてくださいね！

I was wondering if the warm temperature affects the snow on the slopes, but we still have enough snow to enjoy.  Come ski/snowboard at Hakuba 47, everyone!

スキー場上部は雪！！

雲の広がるお天気の間から太陽が顔を出したり隠れたりした空模様の今日。

上部は雪が舞っていました。積もるほどの雪ではなかったのでちょっと残念😭。

太陽が出ると暖かさも感じましたが、スキー場の上部は キンッと冷え込みが続き、リフトに乗ってても 寒い！！と感じる今日でした。

ここ何日か春めいたお天気が続いていましたが今日は寒かったです！！

The sun seemed to have played hide and seek today.  It was snowing on the mountain, but the snow didn't pile up much.  We felt warm when the sun came out, but the upper side of the mountain was very cold.  We have thought the spring was here for the last couple of days, but it is not.  It was freezing!!

パークまで降りると降雪も無く、空気は冷たいものの春モード！

雪もザラメの柔らかい雪だったので各アイテム滑りやすかったですね。

It was not snowing around 47 PARKS.  The air was cold, but the slopes were covered with corn snow which is good for spring skiing! 

昨日は第3日曜日という事で『スキーこどもの日』でした。たくさんのKIDSが集まってくれましたが、今日も場内にはたくさんの子供たちが来場してくれてました👦👧！

ん？平日？と思いましたが、春休みですね！！！

今シーズンはお客さまも少ないので存分に滑れるのではないでしょうか？！

いっぱい滑って上手になってね～！！！

There were a lot of kids yesterday since it was a Kids Ski Free day.  Today, we saw many kids in our resort because their spring break has just begun!  Slopes are almost empty this season, so please ski/snowboard as much as you want and improve your skills!!

春めいた話題が出てき始めると気になるのはコースの雪ですよね～。

今のところHakuba47では目立って地肌が見えたりする箇所は無く、上から下までしっかりと全コース滑走可能な状態です！！

3月も後半に突入していて、雪解けも気になるところですが、圧雪チームをはじめ、出来るだけシーズン中に長く毎日ベストな状態にできるように頑張りまーす！！

When it comes to spring, we are concerned about the condition of the slopes.  We still have enough snow from the top to the bottom so far.  With our snowmaking team, we will do our best to keep the slopes as good as we can!!

午前中はお天気〇！のラッキーデー

雨予報だったので、カッパにダイローブ（防寒ゴム手袋）でゲレンデにでかけました、、、
が！
ありがたいことに午前中は降られずに曇り！
汗だく足パン😆いい運動になりました。

Hi, there!  Today, I headed for the slopes wearing my raincoat and gloves.  Fortunately, it did not rain in the morning!  I sweat a lot, and my legs were swollen.  I did a good exercise!

山頂エリア。天気予報のせいかお客様は少なめ。
雪も良いし広々と滑ることができて気持ちいい～！！！
板がよく走り、スピードが出やすい箇所もあるくらい。

There were not many people at the top of the mountain maybe because of the weather forecast saying it would rain.  The slopes were almost empty, and the snow condition was good.  I felt really good!!  It was easy to speed up!

It was a Kids Ski Free day today.  We had the last treasure hunt of the season!  I saw kids who visited Hakuba 47 and took part in the treasure hunt again.  They knew how to play well as they've been here before.
