春スキー、アプレスキー！Spring & Apres Ski! (English Follows)

今朝は少し長く寝て休みの日にゆっくりしました。よかった～！
昼食後、私はスキーに行き、暖かいお天気の中で滑って存分に楽しみました。
今日の午後はしっかり春っぽくなり、雪はザラメとなり、滑り方が春な感じに変わりました！

This morning I slept in and relaxed at home which was nice. After lunch I decided to go for a ski and enjoy the warm weather.
It’s now spring ski, the way you ride is different, we have to adjust to the softer snow conditions!

北アルプスの大パノラマが目の前に広がり、柔らかい雪の斜面を滑りました。
スキー場山頂にはまだ2.5メートル以上の雪がたっぷり残っています！！
今日はたくさんのお客さんが春スキーを楽しんでいました。
こんな日に滑るのは最高ですね！
ですが、金曜日は少し雨が降る予報も出ているので、天気の良いうちに明日も滑りに来て下さいネ！お待ちしていまーす。

Splendid panoramic views of Japan’s Northern Alps spread out before my eyes as I ski down the soft snowy slope. There is still plenty of snow at the summit, over 2.5 meters. There were many guests today enjoying spring ski.

Snowsports is a great hobby! Come and ski tomorrow because we are expecting a little rain on Friday.

一日の終わりは、Hakuba47のベースエリアでくつろぐ時間です。是非、友人や家族と一緒にビールやおつまみなども楽しんでください！　スキーの後にお酒を楽しむのを「アプレスキー」と言ってヨーロッパのスキー場の文化があります。大体午後3時ごろから始まり、友人や家族が集まって、スキー町で一日の出来事をおしゃべりしながら乾杯です！

おいしい食事、おいしいお酒、そして楽しい仲間。これぞスキー文化ですね～!

At the end of the day, it’s time to relax at the base of Hakuba 47. Sit with your friends and family and enjoy a snack and drink, even a beer! Why not!
We call this Après ski which is having a drink after your last ski run. In Europe they normally enjoy Après ski on the mountain or at the base areas. It starts in the afternoon around 3:00pm and friends and family gather around sharing stories about their day on the mountain.
Good food, good drink and good companions. This is ski culture!！
